By accessing or using Vervana's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Services

Vervana Pro provides operational intelligence software for regulated markets, including Pro and Observer tiers, and Sandbox. Services are provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve them.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Ensure you have rights to data you connect to our services
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use our services only for lawful purposes

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of your billing period.

Intellectual Property

Vervana and its services are owned by Sunrise Platform Inc. You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and aggregated insights.

Limitation of Liability

Vervana provides recommendations and insights to assist your decision-making. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations.
